This role involves preparing high quality meals while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast paced kitchen setting and a passion for creating delicious dishes.

Job Description

Our cooks prepare high-quality meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations as well as company standards. To be a successful cook you will be quick and diligent and be able to follow instruction and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Ensure compliance with food and safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position.
• Experience and/or knowledge of special diets meal preparation for large groups preferred
• Safe food handling techniques are required
• Ability to read and understand recipes
• Work in a team environment
• Work flexible shifts
• Handle multiple tasks at one time and communicate effectively verbally and/or in writing.
