[LTDD] Talent Development & Employer Branding Intern
Job Summary
Job Description:
During this internship you will support the PSA HR team in strengthening our career development employer branding and talent attraction efforts. You will help develop engaging content that supports employees career journeys while contributing to initiatives that enhance how talent and leadership development programmes are communicated internally and externally. You will also support outreach initiatives that strengthen the organisations ability to attract and engage future talent.
Key deliverables include:
- Contribute to the development of inputs for a career development chatbot that guides employees in exploring career pathways and internal opportunities
- Create engaging content such as employee stories EDMs and visuals for internal and external outreach across print digital and social media platforms
- Support the planning design and delivery of talent and leadership development programmes as well as related initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business HR Communications Marketing Humanities Social Sciences or related fields.
- Strong writing storytelling and communication skills.
- Interest in employer branding talent attraction and talent development.
- Organized proactive and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude responsible and comfortable engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva CapCut etc.) is a plus.
