Job Summary
As a multi-discipline self-performing leader we execute a significant portion of our work in-house. This provides strong exposure across all phases of executionfrom planning and scheduling through shutdown execution and startup readiness. Youll work within fast-paced high-pressure turnaround environments where organization attention to detail and strong communication are critical to success.
This role is based in Fort McMurray and supports a major turnaround project with rotational work schedules.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the project team ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain project documentation records and filing systems in an organized and accessible manner
- Assist with onboarding timesheets LEMs and other workforce documentation
- Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and track action items
- Support procurement and vendor coordination processes
- Assist with cost tracking purchase orders and invoice processing
- Maintain accurate records for safety quality and project documentation requirements
- Support communication between field teams office staff and stakeholders
- Assist with reporting data entry and document preparation
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and project requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative role within construction or industrial environments
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with project systems and documentation processes is an asset
Work Conditions:
- Site-based position in Fort McMurray AB
- Rotational schedule supporting a major turnaround project
- Day shift and night shift work required
- Camp accommodations and travel provided (where applicable)
- Fast-paced team-oriented environment
