Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Accountant with strong financial reporting budgeting and compliance experience. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a structured high-performance environment and can support both operational and strategic business objectives.
- NQF Level 7 qualification in Finance or Accounting
- 3 years finance experience within healthcare or a related industry
- Strong financial accounting reporting budgeting and cash flow management experience
- Experience preparing management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
- Knowledge of IFRS SARS and corporate governance requirements
- Strong analytical reporting and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency essential
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel when required
- Healthcare or hospital finance experience highly advantageous
