InfuSystem offers Oncology Pain Management and Wound Care therapies including Negative Pressure Wound Therapy. The companys Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Services are composed of direct payer rentals pump and consumable sales and biomedical services and repair including on-site and depot services. InfuSystem provides the sale rental lease and associated supplies including infusion pumps nerve blocks for acute pain nerve block catheters postoperative pain pumps central venous catheters IV pumps pole-mounted pumps syringe pumps enteral pumps Huber needles clean room supplies IV extension tubing pump tubing ambulatory pumps replacement pumps disposable products central venous access devices closed system transfer devices negative pressure wound therapy vacs wound vac and chemotherapy and oncology infusion pumps. Biomedical services include both on-site and depot preventive maintenance repair and warranty services ranging from equipment inspections to extensive repairs including compression device systems defibrillators EKG machines electrosurgical units external pacemakers humidifiers infusion pumps LCDs light sources modules patient monitors printers pulse oximeters telemetry transmitters and tourniquets all completed to factory specifications.

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Warehouse & Facility Supervisor the Warehouse Operator Lead may perform all daily warehouse functions including shipping receiving decontamination of received pumps Pump RGA processing and local & inter-state deliveries as applicable. As directed by the Warehouse & Facility Supervisor the Warehouse Operator Lead will also assist in training Warehouse Operators lead various warehouse projects provide feedback or input for employee reviews (to the Warehouse & Facility Supervisor) and ensure that team members are performing duties correctly on a day to day basis. The Warehouse Operator Lead will ensure the daily requirements/goals are met.
IN THIS ROLE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF:
- Receiving shipments of product and documenting as applicable
- Ensure the decontamination of all devices and accessories received
- Perform between-use functional test on TPP Consignment inventory pumps
- Proficient use of Enterprise Microsoft Office as deemed necessary & other applications as required
- Shipping of orders (including picking packing shipping through Fed Ex / UPS WorldShip and handling any customer Specific requests)
- Delivery of local orders & pick-up of equipment returns as needed
- Participate in pump and supply inventory counts
- ERP specific transactions surrounding but not limited to product receipts product transfers variances & adjustments
- Warehouse resource allocation needs / workflow management
- Filing of distribution records (travelers packing slips etc.)
- Keeping warehouse and common areas safe clean and organized
- Supporting 5S activities
- Maintaining a mindset of continuous improvement. Follow standard operating procedures and CHAP requirements
- Comply with the InfuSystem Quality System and participate in CHAP compliance & audit activities as required
- Identify and Coordinate all RGA devices throughout the Warehouse Operation
- Act as a backup to the Supervisor when they are out of the office
- Trainer for warehouse operators
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven work experience in the warehouse
- Advanced knowledge of warehouse processes means and methods
- Leadership skills
