We are looking for a

HR Manager (m/f/d)

Arbatax Park Resort & Spa managed by Falkensteiner

Your Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the entire employee life cycle from recruiting and onboarding to development and offboarding
• Advising and supporting managers in all HR-related topics
• Ensuring professional HR processes and standards across the resort
• Preparation and administration of employment contracts and all HR-related documentation
• Ensuring full compliance with Italian labour law and internal policies
• Managing and driving recruiting activities in close cooperation with the departments
• Developing and implementing HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement development and retention
• Acting as a trusted contact person for employees regarding all HR-related matters
• Collaborating with external partners (e.g. authorities payroll providers consultants)
• Supporting HR controlling reporting and administrative processes

Your Profile

• Degree or diploma in HR business administration or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role ideally in hospitality or an international environment
• Strong knowledge of Italian labour law (mandatory)
• Fluency in Italian and English (both mandatory)
• German is an advantage
• Structured independent and solution-oriented working style
• High level of social competence discretion and professionalism
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to work both strategically and operationally
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage administrative HR tasks (e.g. contracts documentation) efficiently and accurately
• Strong personality with the ambition to take HR within the resort to the next level
