Caregiver Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregiver Workers inFowlerville this role you will provide essential support to clients who need assistance with daily living activities ensuring their comfort safety and well-being. This position requires a caring attitude reliability and a strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
• Help with mobility and transferring clients safely to prevent falls or injuries.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients quality of life.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to medical personnel or family members.
• Follow care plans and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving home health or related field is plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable compassionate and patient nature.
• Valid drivers license/ Id card and reliable transportation may be required.
