Role overview
We are looking for a new Governance Support Officer to join our Cheshire Oaks site. This is a part-time position (24 hours per week across 3-5 days). We are ideally looking for someone to start in early July.
As Governance Support Officer you will contribute to activities across all areas of Quality and Clinical Governance Health and Safety and Compliance Management. This will include support with Governance Reporting and action tracking. It will also involve meeting coordination and data analysis to support Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings as well as organising audits and ensuring robust systems are in place to ensure audit compliance. The role will include administering clinical guidelines and policies reviewing incidents complaints and risks producing regular reports and coordinating facilities compliance.

What skills and experience do I need
The following things will be advantageous:
- Experience of working under own initiative
- Experience working in a regulated environment (NHS experience particularly advantageous)
- A competent user of all Office 365 programmes
- Tech savvy and comfortable working on new systems e.g. patient record systems
- Experience of dealing with a variety of data
- Understanding of governance compliance or regulatory frameworks
- An excellent grasp of the English language both verbally and in written format
- A good team player happy to jump in and support others when required
