As an apprentice youll support the team responsible for overseeing and monitoring service providers across adult and childrens services. Youll gain valuable experience in quality assurance safeguarding and contract monitoring while working towards a recognised qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring the performance and quality of care providers
• Support monitoring visits and review processes
• Help gather and analyse data to ensure services meet required standards
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Work closely with colleagues providers and stakeholders

• A keen interest in public services social care or safeguarding
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• A positive professional attitude
