About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Project / Product Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across Data AI and Software Development for a fast-growing technology startup. This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams driving execution managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple high-impact projects including:

• Data Lake and Business Intelligence implementations
• Enterprise software and platform development
• AI management systems using AI agents
• Cloud-native data and analytics solutions leveraging Databricks

The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking technical understanding and project delivery expertise in modern cloud and AI environments.

Responsabilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Manage product roadmaps project plans timelines priorities risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Software Engineers Data Engineers AI Engineers QA UX/UI DevOps and business stakeholders.
• Drive the implementation of Data Lake BI analytics and AI-driven platforms.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to define architecture delivery strategy and execution plans.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product and technical specifications.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives user needs and engineering execution.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery visibility across teams.
• Define KPIs product success metrics and reporting mechanisms.
• Support AI initiatives involving intelligent agents workflow automation and data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with leadership and clients to manage expectations priorities and communication.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML products or AI agent-based systems.
• Exposure to Databricks modern data platforms or big data ecosystems.
• Knowledge of cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.
• Technical background or prior experience working closely with engineering/data teams.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
• Understanding of BI tools analytics workflows and data governance practices.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration automation workflows or agentic AI concepts.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (B2 / C1)
