As a Customer Support Specialist youll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our German-speaking customers ensuring they have an outstanding experience with our products.

What Youll Do:
Provide outstanding customer support via phone email and chat in German & English.
Assist customers with inquiries related to products orders deliveries and general troubleshooting.
Offer personalized solutions and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the companys system.

What You Bring:
Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2) both spoken and written.
Previous experience in customer support hospitality or a client-facing role is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savviness and comfort working with support tools and CRM systems.
