• Schedule: Rotational 24/7 shifts

Responsibilities

• Host live online entertainment sessions from a professional studio
• Communicate with online users in an engaging and professional manner
• Maintain high presentation quality during live broadcasts
• Deliver excellent user experience while following company standards
• Cooperate with internal operational and studio teams
• Follow all presentation guidelines and internal procedures
• Adapt to flexible shift schedules including evenings and night shifts
• Maintain professionalism accuracy and positive energy during sessions

Requirements

• English language level C1 to Native is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality customer support sales entertainment tourism or similar customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in front of cameras and live audiences
• Professional appearance and confident presentation skills
• Ability to work rotational shifts including nights and weekends
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities
• Motivated reliable and career-oriented personality
