As the Managing Partner of BIG Woodstock you wont just be opening an office youll be becoming part of the fabric of Oxford County. Youll serve the families enjoying Southside Park and Pittock Conservation Area support the entrepreneurs and tradespeople who keep this citys economy moving and build the kind of client relationships that Woodstock people are known for a market anchored by Toyota a thriving agricultural sector and a growing population of families choosing this city over the GTA the opportunity is real and its ready.
What does a BIG Managing Partner do
Youre the owner-operator of your branch. You lead your team grow your book and build something thats genuinely yours with the full infrastructure of a national brokerage behind you.
- Build your branch: Recruit and lead a team of brokers rooted in the Woodstock and broader Oxford County market setting the culture and pace for your operation.
- Drive new business: Grow your client base through referral networks community relationships and your teams sales activity in a city thats growing steadily and flying under most brokerages radar.
- Leverage exclusive market access: Offer your clients more options with access to 40 insurance providers across personal commercial life and travel lines.

Youre an experienced insurance professional who knows this market. Maybe youve spent years building a book across Oxford County or youre a producer in London or the surrounding area whos been watching Woodstock grow and knows the timing is right. - Have a proven track record in insurance sales or brokerage leadership

- Know the Woodstock Oxford County and broader southwestern Ontario market

Qualifications:
- Active RIBO license in good standing (or willing to convert your OTL)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build lasting client relationships
Preferred:
- CAIB CIP or CRM designation
- LLQP License in good standing
- Experience managing or mentoring brokers
- Experience in commercial lines
