The role
We believe the US healthcare system is fundamentally broken. Instead of bolting on AI tooling to existing providers we aim to architect an alternative that fully utilizes AI capabilities for prevention early diagnosis and personalized care.
Alongside our top 1% clinical team were building Emi: the first end-to-end autonomous agent capable of delivering reimbursable clinical care and administration.
In the past three months weve partnered with 11 neurology and endocrinology clinics across 5 states to deploy Emi-powered care to over 5000 Medicare patients at full capacity. Weve also stood up the legal infrastructure to operate compliantly in all 50 states.

What youll do
Work directly with the CEO to build the core clinical platform and agents from scratch.
Extreme independence and ownership of product direction.
Raise the bar of Foresight Healths company culture and performance.
Compensation & terms
- Base salary: $180K - $300K
- Equity: 1-2.5%
- Workplace: On-site in San Francisco
- Visa: Available (Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.)
