Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enrollment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. As an Enrollment Manager you will be responsible for managing the enrollment process for our rental properties and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for potential tenants interested in renting our properties

- Conduct thorough screenings of potential tenants including credit and background checks

- Coordinate and schedule property showings for interested tenants

- Manage the lease signing process and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner

- Communicate effectively with property owners and tenants to address any questions or concerns

- Maintain accurate records of all tenant information and leasing activities

- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants

- Stay updated on local rental market trends and adjust rental rates as needed

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective advertising campaigns to attract potential tenants

- Train and supervise leasing agents to ensure they are providing exceptional customer service and following proper procedures

- Handle any tenant disputes or issues in a professional and timely manner

- Continuously evaluate and improve the enrollment process to enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales customer service or property management

- Strong understanding of leasing and rental processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software

- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations

- Strong leadership and team management skills
