Position: Customer Service Representative

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a full time and permanent member of our team you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing real estate company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in person and over the phone

- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the companys products and services

- Assist with property showings and open houses

- Process rental and sales applications and contracts

- Coordinate appointments and schedules for agents and clients

- Maintain accurate and organized records of all client interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to better assist clients

- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy

- Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent some college preferred

- Prior customer service experience preferably in a real estate or property management setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs

- Knowledge of real estate industry and terminology is a plus

- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings if needed
