- Work Model: On-Site
- Schedule: MondayFriday: 08:00 20:00 (Rotational); Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 17:00; 2 Rotational Days Off
- Relocation Support: Available for eligible candidates with work authorization

- Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

What Youll Do
- Support customers with technical and service-related inquiries
- Provide accurate solutions via phone email and chat
- Troubleshoot issues using internal systems and tools
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment
