About the Role

We are hiring a Dutch-speaking Account Manager to join a fast-growing tech company based in Barcelona. You will own a portfolio of B2B clients across the Dutch-speaking market drive revenue growth and build lasting partnerships all from one of Europes most exciting tech hubs.

This is a high-impact role with an uncapped bonus structure and a clear path for growth.

What Youll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts across the Dutch-speaking market
• Drive upsells cross-sells and renewals to consistently exceed revenue targets
• Act as the main point of contact for clients building trust solving problems and delivering value
• Collaborate with Sales Product and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Identify new business opportunities within your existing account base
• Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in CRM

What Were Looking For

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2) mandatory
• Fluent English mandatory
• 12 years of experience in sales account management or a client-facing commercial role
• Proven ability to hit and exceed targets
• Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated results-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with B2B software or SaaS a plus
