About the role
We are hiring a German-speaking Account Executive for a fast-growing SaaS company helping over 10000 e-commerce businesses improve conversion rates through an advanced search and product discovery solution.
This is a full outbound full-cycle sales role with ownership from prospecting to closing.
You will work remotely from Spain after onboarding in Madrid.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle (outbound focus)
- Identify and contact new e-commerce prospects in DACH markets
- Conduct discovery and product demo calls
- Close deals and negotiate commercial terms
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Work with clear KPIs and performance targets
Requirements
- 2 years of B2B sales experience (closing experience required)
- Experience in outbound or high-volume sales environments
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Comfortable working remotely in a performance-driven role
- Native / C2 German (mandatory)
- B2 English minimum
- EU passport or valid work authorization for Spain
- Currently living in Spain (no relocation support)
- Full-time availability
Compensation
- 30000 base salary
- 15000 OTE uncapped commission
- Permanent contract
