We are recruiting Mandarin-speaking Customer Success Specialists to join an international customer support project based in Penang Malaysia.
In this role you will provide professional customer support and assistance through reservation and application-related services ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
As a Customer Success Specialist you will:
Provide professional customer support in Mandarin through various communication channels
Assist customers with reservation and application-related inquiries
Handle customer concerns in a courteous efficient and timely manner
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
Requirements
To qualify for this role you should meet the following criteria:
Mandarin language proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate operational systems
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and team-oriented environment
