Overview
We are looking for a Cantonese-speaking Reservations Customer Service Representative to support customers with booking and reservation inquiries through phone email and fax channels.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided for candidates with strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitudes.
Responsibilities
- Handle pre and post reservation inquiries via phone email and fax
- Assist customers with booking-related requests and reservation support
- Modify change or cancel existing reservations
- Make outbound calls to hotels or guests regarding special requests
- Coordinate between guests and hotels to resolve issues or complaints
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Provide account management and customer support to hotel partners
Requirements
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Cantonese
- Cantonese proficiency at C1 level or above
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Responsible independent and customer-friendly attitude
- Comfortable working rotational shifts
- Basic knowledge of customer care internet usage or hotel industry is a plus
