Position Overview:

As a Project Manager at Jonesbororealtycompany you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various real estate projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our team of professionals including architects contractors and sales agents to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project timelines budgets and resources

- Coordinate with architects contractors and sales agents to ensure project requirements are met

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders

- Proactively identify and resolve any potential project risks or delays

- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes regulations and safety standards

- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

- Oversee project budget and expenses and make adjustments as needed

- Collaborate with sales team to ensure timely completion and successful handover of properties to clients

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field

- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong knowledge of project management principles techniques and tools

- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of local building codes regulations and safety standards

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
