Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair services efficiently to maximize customer satisfaction and shop productivity.
• Diagnose mechanical problems and communicate findings clearly to service advisors and customers.
• Follow all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines while ensuring high standards of workmanship.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and tools.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of services.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques relevant to Jaguar Land Rover and Volvo vehicles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive technician with knowledge of Jaguar Land Rover or Volvo vehicles preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• ASE certification or equivalent is desirable.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow detailed service instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in automotive repair is a plus.
