Our client a leading commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout. This individual will be responsible for managing project operations schedules budgets subcontractors and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely efficiently and profitably.

This individual will be responsible for managing project operations schedules budgets subcontractors and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely efficiently and profitably.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects
- Oversee project scheduling budgeting forecasting and cost control
- Coordinate with owners architects engineers subcontractors and internal teams
- Lead subcontractor buyout contract administration and procurement activities
- Manage project documentation reporting and change orders
- Conduct project meetings and provide regular project updates
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and company standards
- Mentor and support project team members as needed
- 10 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction operations scheduling and budgeting
- Experience managing large and complex commercial projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred
