LPN Clinic (Travel Contract)

Location: Waimea HI 96796

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift Schedule:

• Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (occasionally until 6:00 PM)
• 80 hours per 2-week pay period required

Facility Type: Outpatient Clinic

Pay Rate:

• Travel: Up to $45/hour (based on experience)
• Local: Up to $40/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an outpatient clinic setting supporting multiple service lines including Family Practice Behavioral Health OB/GYN Internal Medicine and Urgent Care. The ideal candidate is adaptable patient-focused and comfortable floating across clinic locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinical environment
• Assist physicians and clinical staff during patient examinations and procedures
• Accurately document patient histories vitals and clinical information
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to providers
• Support daily clinic operations and care coordination workflows
• Float between affiliated clinic locations as required

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license
• Prior outpatient/clinic experience required
• Experience in Family Practice Internal Medicine Behavioral Health or similar settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
