About the role
You will manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients helping them increase engagement platform adoption and long-term value.
This role combines relationship management with a strong commercial mindset focusing on account growth through upselling cross-selling and client development.

What will you do
Manage client relationships

  • Build strong relationships with HR and key stakeholders.
  • Support clients in achieving their goals through the platform.
  • Act as a trusted partner for your portfolio.

Grow existing accounts

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Lead commercial conversations and negotiations when needed.
  • Contribute to revenue growth across your accounts.

Improve engagement & retention

  • Analyse platform usage and client engagement.
  • Develop initiatives to increase adoption and activity.
  • Detect churn risks and take proactive action.

Work cross-functionally

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Customer Success teams.
  • Align client needs with internal solutions and capabilities.

What are we looking for

  • 3 years of experience managing and growing B2B client portfolios.
  • Strong experience in upselling cross-selling and account development.
  • Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and structured way of working.
  • Experience using CRM tools.
  • German bilingual/C2 level and minimum B2 English level.
