We are looking for a CRM Techno-Functional Consultant who bridges business requirements and technical solutions. The role involves configuring customizing and supporting CRM platforms while ensuring alignment with business processes.

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions

Configure and customize CRM modules (Sales Service Marketing etc.)

Collaborate with technical teams for integrations workflows and automation

Provide functional guidance user training and ongoing support

Perform data migration testing and deployment activities

Troubleshoot issues and optimize CRM performance

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Dynamics 365 etc.)

Experience in both functional (business analysis) and technical (configuration/customization) aspects

Understanding of APIs integrations and data models

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

CRM certifications (Salesforce/Dynamics)

Experience with Agile methodologies
