We are working with a well-established architectural practice in Hertfordshire that is looking to appoint a talented Architectural Technician to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a collaborative and supportive environment working across a range of projects while strengthening your technical expertise and progressing within the practice.

Key Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:

Assist in the preparation and submission of planning and building regulation applications
Coordinate with consultants and support the resolution of technical and construction issues
Ensure drawings and documentation meet current UK Building Regulations and standards
Contribute to projects across multiple RIBA stages with a focus on technical delivery and coordination

Key Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:

Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
Experience working within a UK architectural practice
Proficiency in AutoCAD with Revit highly desirable
Strong technical detailing knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
Confident working across multiple RIBA stages
