English Teaching Role in a Secondary School

Key Responsibilities

Assess student work and provide detailed feedback
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development
Promote literacy and reading across the school
Support enrichment activities such as reading clubs theatre trips or writing workshops
