Job Summary

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical BSA with 12 15 years of experience including strong hands on expertise in Salesforce platforms and deep domain knowledge in Life Sciences. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders gathering and translating requirements supporting technical teams and ensuring high quality solution delivery across Salesforce clouds (Health Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Work with business and product teams to gather analyze and document requirements for Salesforce enhancements and new features.

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications user stories acceptance criteria and process flows.

Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with platform best practices.

Conduct gap analysis impact assessments and solution design discussions.

Support configuration using Flows Validation Rules Page Layouts and basic admin capabilities.

Participate in sprint planning backlog refinement and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Manage cross functional communication with QA dev teams and business stakeholders.

Work with Life Sciences data models patient journeys consent management and regulatory requirements (GxP HIPAA compliance).

Support integration design discussions across systems like Veeva ERP MDM EHR and downstream platforms.

Ensure documentation release notes and design artifacts are updated and compliant with Life Sciences quality processes.

Must Have Skills:

12 15 years of overall experience including strong experience as a Salesforce BSA.

Strong understanding of Salesforce core platform (Sales Cloud Service Cloud; Health Cloud must).

Ability to write user stories functional specs process flows (Visio Lucidchart).

Good understanding of Apex triggers SOQL basics LWCs (technical comprehension only).

Experience working closely with technical teams on solution design discussions.

Hands on experience with tools like Jira Confluence ALM tools.

Strong Life Sciences domain knowledge - clinical workflows patient support programs safety/compliance processes.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with US/Canada business stakeholders.

Good to Have:

Experience in Pharma CRM Medical Affairs Patient Services or Clinical Operations.

Understanding of GxP validation processes.

Prior experience working with distributed teams across US/Canada regions.
