Job Description:

Client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workday HRIS Administrator to support and enhance our HR technology ecosystem. This role plays a key part in maintaining system stability troubleshooting and issue resolution.

The Workday HRIS Administrator will provide day-to-day system administration transaction and maintenance while configuring Workday enhancements and process improvements in partnership with global HR Finance and IT teams as needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support core HR processes across employee lifecycle (recruiting onboarding job changes compensation employee records).
  • Configure and maintain Workday functionality within HCM Recruiting Adv Comp Learning Talent & Performance and Absence.
  • Own business process configuration and updates security assignments system testing implementation activities and other systems updates or requests.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system usability and efficiency through analysis of current processes.
  • Perform regular data audits and validation checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Build and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support HR Finance and other business needs.
  • Support compliance efforts and audit requests related to HR systems and data privacy (e.g. SOX GDPR).
  • Partner with HR and business to gather requirements and translate needs into system solutions.
  • Partner with global HR team members to ensure Workday initiatives such as enhancements integrations and module rollouts are working properly across regions and modules.
  • Maintain system documentation process guides and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills Experience and Education:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • Understanding of HR business processes and the employee data lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 5 years of hands-on HRIS experience specifically in Workday.
  • Exposure or expertise in Workday Recruiting HCM Absence Talent & Performance Advanced Comp is highly preferred. Ability to learn and problem solve as needed.
  • Experience building Workday reports and performing data analysis.
  • Proven ability to partner with stakeholders manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality customer-focused solutions in a timely manner.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR SOX) is desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced evolving environment while maintaining data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Experience supporting a global and growing workforce.
