Transactional Healthcare Attorney

About the Role:

A highly regarded and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Transactional Healthcare Attorney with 6 years of relevant experience to join its team in one of its offices located in Delaware Florida Maryland New Jersey New York Texas or Washington D.C.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated healthcare transactions within a collaborative and dynamic legal environment. The successful candidate will advise healthcare clients on complex transactional and regulatory matters while working closely with experienced attorneys and industry-leading clients across the healthcare sector.

The role offers meaningful responsibility direct client interaction and the opportunity to play a strategic role in high-level healthcare transactions and business matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise healthcare clients on a broad range of transactional matters and strategic business initiatives.
  • Draft review and negotiate transactional documents agreements and related legal documentation.
  • Counsel clients on healthcare regulatory and compliance considerations related to transactions.
  • Support mergers acquisitions joint ventures affiliations and other complex healthcare transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence and assist with structuring and negotiating transactions.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas on sophisticated client matters.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive and high-quality legal service.
  • Manage multiple matters efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of transactional healthcare law experience.
  • Active bar admission in the applicable office jurisdiction is required.
  • Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
  • Excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong drafting negotiation and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage complex matters independently while working collaboratively within
  • a team environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professionalism client service and legal excellence.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
