Personal Injury Trial Attorney (New York)

Responsibilities:

• Litigation & Trial Work: Handle cases through all stages of litigation including trial preparation and trial
• Case Management: Draft and file pleadings motions discovery requests/responses and legal memoranda
• Depositions & Hearings: Prepare for and attend depositions mediations arbitrations hearings and trials
• Expert Coordination: Work with expert witnesses prepare reports and affidavits and support trial testimony
• Client Representation: Guide clients throughout the litigation process
• Case Types: Handle matters including motor vehicle accidents slip and falls negligent security wrongful death dog bites and other personal injury claims

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar
• 5 years of personal injury litigation experience preferred
• Proven trial experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage high-volume litigation caseloads
• Strong client service and communication skills
• Self-starter with strong litigation and courtroom skills
• Superior writing and oral advocacy abilities
