About the Role

We are hiring an experienced IT Systems Analyst III for a long-term opportunity in Lawrenceville GA. This role supports end-user services and plays a key part in maintaining desktop systems resolving hardware and software issues supporting users and contributing to the overall stability of the IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support through phone email and in-person assistance
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop laptop printer peripheral hardware and software issues
• Install configure and maintain operating systems applications and end-user devices
• Perform hardware diagnostics upgrades replacements and routine maintenance
• Support system implementations upgrades and technical improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with IT teams cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve complex issues
• Escalate high-impact or advanced technical issues when needed
• Apply IT security measures and follow organizational compliance standards
• Maintain documentation for support requests resolutions inventory processes and troubleshooting steps
• Provide basic user training on IT tools applications and best practices

Requirements

• Associate degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field preferred
• Relevant technical experience may be considered in place of degree
• 7 years of enterprise-level desktop support experience preferred
• Experience with complex system implementations or upgrades
• Strong troubleshooting skills for high-impact technical issues
• Experience gathering requirements and analyzing business processes
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and vendors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability
