Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and execute detailed test plans test cases and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
Perform functional regression integration system smoke sanity and UAT testing.
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium Cypress Playwright TestNG or similar technologies.
Analyze requirements user stories and technical specifications to identify testing scope and quality risks.
Collaborate with developers business analysts product owners and stakeholders to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Identify document track and verify defects using defect management tools such as JIRA Azure DevOps HP ALM or Bugzilla.
Conduct API testing using tools like Postman SoapUI Rest Assured etc.
Validate backend systems through database testing using SQL queries.
Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups retrospectives and backlog grooming.
Ensure compliance with QA best practices test standards and quality processes.
Perform performance compatibility and cross-browser testing where applicable.
Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives.
