We are looking for a Quickie Lube Manager to lead our award-winning service department team! This leadership role will oversee our Quickie Lube technicians and service advisors while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced professional environment and bring strong leadership communication and organizational skills to the team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the Quickie Lube department
- Lead coach and motivate Quickie Lube technicians and service advisors
- Ensure a friendly professional and efficient service experience for every customer
- Maintain workflow efficiency and ensure timely completion of services
- Communicate directly with customers advisors and technicians regarding service status and estimated completion times
- Monitor department productivity performance and customer satisfaction
- Assist with training and development of team members
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Companys Values in all interactions with customers co-workers and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures
- Maintain high-quality standards in accordance with dealership and manufacturer expectations
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive service management or leadership experience preferred
- Quick lube or service advisor experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Positive professional attitude with strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn new technology repair procedures and service processes
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Automotive Technical/Trade School degree preferred
- Math reading and basic computer skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Valid PA drivers license with a good driving record
