In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2 your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
Develop and run project estimates monitor budget performance and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
Engage in planning resource allocation conduct performance appraisals and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Required Skill and Experience
Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to the clients business and IT leadership.
Lead manage and motivate a distributed team of SAP functional and technical consultants both onsite and offshore.
Oversee all aspects of the AMS program including incident management problem management change management and service request fulfillment.
Ensure all services are delivered within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs).
Develop and maintain program governance including regular status meetings steering committee presentations and performance reporting.
Manage the program budget scope and resource allocation effectively.
Cultivate and maintain strong positive relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proactively identify and address client needs challenges and opportunities.
Present program performance value and strategic recommendations to the client on a regular basis.
Act as an escalation point for any high-priority issues and ensure timely resolution.

Preferred Skill and Experience
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SAP AMS program ensuring process adherence and quality delivery.
Drive a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
Manage the programs backlog and roadmap prioritizing enhancements and new initiatives in alignment with client business objectives.
Ensure compliance with clients IT policies change management procedures and security protocols.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and training to team members and client personnel as needed.
Collaborate with the client to define and refine the long-term SAP roadmap.
Identify opportunities for program growth and new service offerings (e.g. RPA S/4HANA migration cloud integration).
Develop and present business cases for new initiatives or technologies that can provide value to the client.
Stay abreast of industry trends and new SAP technologies provide strategic guidance to the client.

Additional Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
