Job Summary

Position Purpose

To ensure timely and error free processing of transactions of remittances cash management loans and deposits local bills trade guarantees and regulatory reporting in compliance of the regulatory guidelines and Banks policies.

Responsibilities

Supplier Onboarding

Support Supply Chain management products on part of supplier / obligor (counterparty) onboarding initiatives

As a Middle Office in executing supplier / obligor onboarding activities such as KYC / KYT / KYTS / KYS related obtaining screening clearance greenlight approval counterparty listing and raising registration request

Support BAU activities such as updating list of counterparties credit limits checking of insurance payments if relevant

Obligor Management

In relation to existing or new Receivable programs contributing to the growth in utilization as well credit management by dynamically managing the list of obligors and their credit limits mainly through:

A) in case Bank takes the obligor credit risk: liaise with the respective Pilot Coverage and Senior Credit Officers of the obligor to confirm the credit exposure is acceptable.

B) in case Bank relies on credit insurance: (i) when Bank is the insured party: lead the process to request credit insurance limits in coordination with Bank Insurance Group based in Paris and ensure the insurance policy is effective. (ii) when Banks client is the insured party ensure appropriate credit lines are in place on the insurance.

On both cases A) direct risk or B) credit insurance:

o Process to be managed through MyDebtor Platform

o Preparation of Obligor Listing

o Formalize request (Obligor Listing supporting documents) to the Credit Transaction Management (CTM) for issuance of Conformity Notice

o Maintenance of obligor limits in the systems as well as supporting documentation to be in line with insurance expiry dates

o Tracking of credit committee conditions and ensuring that such conditions are followed up in a timely manner


Operations Management

Ensure processing/ inputting of transactions in line with the laid down operational procedures.

Manage Traditional Trade & supply chain transactions and ensure smooth functioning of day to day operations. Support business client & team in advising trade/FEMA/Supply chain related queries.

Interact with Commercial teams Branches Back Office CCC Legal Compliance Finance and other internal and external stake holders on relevant topics for efficient delivery of operations.

Monitor CCTO premises maintenance and upkeep (in liaison with Group Admin)

Should be having a positive attitude with a solution oriented approach. Should per proactive and update processes and ensuring SOPs are up-to-date with TAT adherence and zero Audit comments. Client satisfaction is the key area. Ensuring that KPIs are well met.


Customer Service

Ensure highest levels of operational efficiency in transaction processing and minimize error & incident rates

Resolve customer & Branch complaints and queries

Co-ordinate with Back offices for efficient Client delivery


Compliance

Co-ordinate with Branches & BO for submission of regulatory & internal returns on time.

Review and monitor compliance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines and to follow the internal accounting norms.

To strictly comply with internal guidelines on Code of conduct


Risk Management

Ensure strict adherence to process notes and procedural guidelines.

Report all customer complaints / claims as per laid down guidelines

Escalate unresolved issues to the next level

Manage the CCTO security measures in consultation with Group functions.

Ensure timely implementation of all audit recommendations.

Bring Direct contribution to Banks operational permanent control framework.

Minimize operational failure including but not exclusively the risk of fraud by helping to devise and by

implementing sufficient regular controls

Ensure appropriate escalation to management and/or permanent control (or compliance as appropriate) as

soon as an issue is identified.

Comply with internal and external regulatory and compliance requirements

Comply with the Banks standards of Code of Conduct

Comply with the Banks IT Security policies


Reporting

Provide MIS reports to the Management as per time schedule specified

Submit regulatory reports as stipulated.

Education Level: Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience Level: At least 3 years
