Job Overview:

Provide scientific and technical leadership to guide biomarker strategies for pharmaceutical and emerging biotech customers supporting clinical development programs.

Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal laboratory capabilities by coordinating across technical scientific and commercial teams globally (Americas Europe APAC and China).

Drive early engagement between biomarker and clinical teams to inform assay selection platforms and study design.

Lead scientific discussions during feasibility assessments and strategy development.

Support bid defense meetings and capability presentations and provide scientific input for RFIs RFPs and client proposals.

Support feasibility for assay transfer validation and technology integration.

Maintain deep understanding of internal laboratory processes workflows and capabilities and ensure delivery of scientifically sound client-aligned solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (.) required (advanced degree preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in pharmaceutical diagnostics or clinical research environments
• Demonstrated experience working with biomarkers in clinical trials
• Expertise in oncology biomarkers and their application in drug development
• Extensive experience in clinical trials environment.
