About the Role:
This is a front-line leadership role where youll take ownership of daily service delivery across key customer accounts.
Youll lead a small team stay close to the operation and work cross-functionally to ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and to a high standard. Just as importantly youll look for ways to improve how things are done not just maintain the status quo.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Take ownership of daily service delivery ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met
- Act as the first point of contact for operational issues resolving them quickly and effectively
- Lead coach and develop your team to deliver strong consistent performance
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and wider teams to keep workflows efficient and accurate
- Identify opportunities to improve processes productivity and overall site performance
- Support customer reviews manage queries and maintain strong client relationships
What Were Looking For
- Experience in service delivery operations or logistics environments
- Confidence leading people in a fast-paced hands-on setting
- Strong understanding of KPIs and performance management
- A calm solutions-focused approach under pressure
- Clear and effective communication with both colleagues and customers
- A track record of improving processes or driving efficiencies (even small wins count)
- A supportive leadership style that gets the best out of people
