We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join our team. Headquartered in Poços de Caldas/MG reporting to the Process Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading and optimizing production processes ensuring efficiency quality and safety. This professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement continuous and innovative improvements.
You will be responsible for:
Act in the relevant area processes with a focus on productivity and continuous improvement.
Manage operational indicators related to Manufacturing objectives proposing corrective and/or improvement actions when applicable through the application of Lean tools and methodology.
Ensure technical standards (process specifications material consumption and manufacturing routes) of the products manufactured by the company aiming to increase productivity with a focus on efficiency enhancing capability by minimizing scrap waste non-conformities and overconsumption.
Develop and/or review process specifications for the area.
Define and maintain monitoring of critical process and quality variables.
Apply new technologies to equipment and machines used in production whenever necessary.
Provide training to employees on new methodologies behavioral and technical guidance in the area of operation support in activities among others.
Ensure that all processes and activities under your responsibility are carried out in compliance with the standards: ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and 45001.
