Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of commercial credit relationships within the insurance brokerage industry
- Analyze and underwrite business and personal financial data to support credit decisions
- Prepare credit requests including new originations renewals modifications and waivers
- Ensure compliance with Wintrust Credit Policy risk ratings and financial reporting requirements
- Track and test financial covenants and reporting obligations for assigned clients
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers on loan closings and client interactions
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients maintaining a high level of responsiveness
- Coordinate with internal credit legal and operations teams to facilitate timely and accurate execution of credit actions
- Participate in credit-related training including Wintrust Credit Academy courses
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 03 years of experience in commercial credit financial analysis or accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with business and personal financial statements and tax returns
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $59000 - $77000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
