Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business OR year for year directly related experience
- 3 years business analysis or processes experience
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills with strong expertise in Excel including data manipulation VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed business processes to identify and implement improvements and opportunities.
- Provides analysis of business processes in support of process improvement initiatives; partnering with management in determining appropriate execution of process improvement projects and opportunities for future improvement initiatives.
- Performs item and publisher data maintenance and ensures the integrity of data used in various internal applications.
- Communicates and collaborates with numerous departments or stakeholders to ensure project support or customer support.
- Builds strong relationships with key counterparts and stakeholders at IBC IPS LS and in establishing/maintaining documentation of process improvement initiatives and other policies and procedures that support the Product Group.
- Develops and maintains documentation to support analysis and process improvement recommendations
Hiring Salary Range: $65224- $82466. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicants education experience knowledge skills and abilities geographic location as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
