Location: New York NY 10010 (Hybrid 50% onsite flexible days)

Pay Rate: $110000 base 10% yearly bonus

Direct Hire- Permanent

Schedule: Full-time (MondayFriday) Hybrid

About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-onGrowth Marketing Manager Fieldto own and scale field marketing across the Americas. This is ahigh-visibility role driving pipeline revenue impact and go-to-market executionacross Sales and Marketing teams.

This role requires strongSales partnership ABM expertise and data-driven execution with a heavy focus onpipeline influence and revenue impact. You must be experience usingAI tools daily to improve marketing performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and executefield marketing strategytied directly to pipeline and revenue goals
  • Build and runintegrated campaigns(events webinars ABM regional programs)
  • Partner directly withSales leaders and AEsto drive pipeline progression and bookings
  • Identify pipeline gaps and design programs toaccelerate revenue outcomes
  • Own end-to-end execution: planning launch optimization reporting
  • Track and report onMQLs pipeline bookings ROI and performance metrics
  • UseAI tools dailyto improve targeting campaign execution reporting and productivity
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Gen Product Marketing Brand and Sales Ops
  • Build scalable field marketing processes workflows and infrastructure

Required Qualifications (MUST HAVES)

  • 4 years B2B SaaS field marketing experience owning programs end-to-end
  • Strong proven experience inpartnership with Sales teams(Sales leaders AEs)
  • Hands-on experience withABM (Account-Based Marketing)
  • Proven ability todrive pipeline and revenue impact not just awareness
  • Strong data-driven mindset ownsMQLs pipeline ROI reporting
  • Salesforce experience (required) reporting dashboards pipeline tracking
  • Experience with Marketo or similar
  • Demonstrated use ofAI tools in daily marketing work( **How you use AI will be part of the presentation in the interview process**)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales Marketing Ops
  • Strong communication and executive presence
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced matrixed environments

Additional Information

  • Hybrid role:50% onsite flexible days (not fixed schedule)
  • Must be able to commute into NYC office as needed
  • 1020% travel for field events
  • Strong preference for candidates seekinglong-term roles (not short-term or contract work)
  • High-impact role influencingregional GTM strategy and revenue growth
