Key responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for the growth and adoption of Bota Systems cutting-edge robotic sensing systems worldwide with a focus on high-growth market segments. Reporting to the CEO you will use your experience and drive to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. You will be creating content to attract capture nurture and engage with customers through workshops social media conferences and online webinars. This role is contributing to the automation with robotics & AI business area worldwide.
The ideal candidate should be able to relentlessly place qualified leads on top of our sales funnel using minimum to zero budget and use state-of-the-art CRM and marketing tools.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Driving the growth of the customer pipeline for the product portfolio within the established channels and partner
- Organize webinars workshops and events to educate potential and current customers as well as the broader robotic ecosystem
- Creating the necessary content and communication plan for current new and upcoming products
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service and knowledge of Bota offerings
- Contributing to the identification and development of new market opportunities in collaboration with the leadership team
- Grow and maintain the partner network of OEMs Systems Integrators and Distributors
- Monitoring customer and market trends in manufacturing industries and intralogistics to develop effective marketing activities
- Tracking competitor activity and ensuring appropriate response strategies

Qualifications for the role
- Completed studies in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering Robotics or a similar degree. Engineering background is a must
- Proficiency in managing key accounts; experience with Hubspot is an advantage
- High level of self-initiative and ability to work independently
- Strong ability to work in international culturally diverse teams with a collaborative and solution-focused approach
- Sales experience in robotics or industrial automation preferably in high-tech manufacturing and healthcare
- Customer-focused structured and action-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 40% mainly within the DACH region and USA balancing onsite and online collaboration with customers
- Strong communication skills in English written and spoken
