Core Responsibilities
- Drive regional project transitions support new market adoptions and contribute to operational excellence while maintaining global process standardization
- Define document and maintain Hire-to-Retire processes including work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Administer and provide subject matter expertise across HR services within Benefits Learning and Time & Attendance processes
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of administrative HR tasks within the current and evolving operational scope
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions based on operational insights and trends
- Create and maintain knowledge databases and documentation to support consistent service delivery and process accuracy
- Establish and maintain strong partners relationships with internal partners across regions and functions
- Mentor and support team members while fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
This role is located in Singapore and no relocation assistance is offered for this position.

As part of Employee Services Operations (ESO) you will join a professional and collaborative environment focused on quality continuous learning and operational this role you will help ensure consistent and efficient HR service delivery while supporting process improvements and transformation initiatives across the region.
Do you have what it takes
- Proven regional Hire-to-Retire experience with strong understanding of HR processes APAC HR policies and legislation
- Experience with HCM platforms such as SAP HR Workday or ServiceNow
- Strong interpersonal communication analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to present confidently to larger audiences including senior management partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong interest and experience in Digital HR solutions including Power BI and Power Automate
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions
- Strong English communication skills both written and spoken
What would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Time & Attendance processes is considered an advantage
- Mandarin and/or Vietnamese/Japanese language skills for effective communication with partners are considered an advantage
