Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Linux Windows and basic knowledge of cloud or VMware technologies. Experience with databases is optional but considered a plus.
Must have skill : Linux & containerization (Docker Kubernetes L2 level) VMware
Good to have skill : Devops tools like Ansible/Terraform/Python & Azure administration

Responsibilities:

. Provide technical support for Linux and Windows environments.
. Assist with cloud or VMware infrastructure management and troubleshooting.
. Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.
. Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems.
. Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

. 4-6 years of experience in IT support or related fields.
. Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
. Basic knowledge of cloud technologies or VMware.
. Optional: Experience with databases.
. Relevant certifications (e.g. RHCSA Microsoft VMware) are advantageous but optional
. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
. Immediate availability for joining is preferred.

Education:

. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
