We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker 7 to lead advanced clinical services for youth in custody.
In this senior-level role you will provide expert therapeutic interventions guide and supervise clinical staff and shape treatment strategies that promote healing rehabilitation and successful reintegration. Your leadership will directly influence the quality of care delivered to youth and strengthen the agencys clinical practice.

Minimum Qualifications
Possession of a current Louisiana license to practice as a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) plus:
A masters degree in social work followed by five years of social services experience.Job Specification

Job Duties:
Conduct advanced clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for youth.
Provide direct therapeutic services including counseling crisis intervention and behavioral support.
Lead multidisciplinary team meetings case reviews and ongoing treatment planning efforts.
Supervise mentor and support lower-level social workers and interns including staff training and development.
Coordinate care with facility staff families and external agencies to ensure continuity of services.
Monitor treatment progress adjust interventions as needed and ensure compliance with state regulations ethical standards and agency policies.
