Job Summary
The Social Media Strategist will support the companys growth strategy by creating high-quality content and optimizing social media strategies to promote user engagement and reach target audiences. as well as help to develop analytics for company branding and reputation social media marketing channels digital campaigns and lead generation.
In this position your main responsibilities will include:
- Design build and execute our social media presence across all channels to best support the multiple overarching goals of the company.
- Oversee campaign calendar and direction for all social channels.
- Work closely with third party resources and partners with a highly technical approach to plan and execute social media campaigns for brand awareness lead generation and talent recruitment.
- Build and implement social media campaigns that have relevant interesting and innovative content to boost customer engagement and interaction across multiple platforms.
- Train internal teams on the companys social media strategy in order to maintain a cohesive brand strategy across social media.
- Develop new and innovative social media growth and awareness strategies to untap new market share.
- Expert usage of all social media platforms; knowledge of Martech stack including Hubspot marketing automation software WordPress Zapier and CRM system
Qualifications :
To be successful in this position we believe that you need the following experiences strengths and skills:
- Bachelors Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline or commensurate experience
- 5 years of experience managing marketing channels in a B2C environment with a focus on social media marketing.
- Proven work experience as a social media specialist manager or strategist.
- Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics and how to apply these.
- Must demonstrate proficiency with WordPress and Microsoft Office programs (advanced Excel skills preferred).
