Lead Experience Design (English Language Copywriter)

• Write edit and refinehighqualityEnglish language copy for financial services products and experiences (e.g. banking investments insurance wealth digital finance)
• Translate and localize content from Traditional and Simplified Chinese language into clear natural and compliant Englishlanguage

• Partner closely with the Senior Chinese language Copywriter to ensure consistency in messaging terminology and brand voice across languages

• Adapt complex financial concepts product information and regulatory disclosures intouserfriendlyEnglish language content

• Ensure all English language content meets regulatory legal and compliance standards whilemaintainingclarity and customer trust

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers product teams compliance and client stakeholders throughout the content lifecycle

• Participate in content reviews stakeholder discussions and usability evaluations to improve comprehension and usability

• Maintainhigh standardsfor accuracy tone and consistency across all English language content touchpoints

• Professional English language copywriting or translation experience preferably infinancial services or regulated industries
• Native ornearnativeEnglishlanguage proficiencywith strong command of financial and business terminology

• Proven experience translating Chinese (TC & SC) language financial content into fluent natural Englishlanguage

• Strong understanding of financial products customer journeys andrisksensitivecontent requirements

• Familiarity with regulatory andcompliancedrivencontent environments

• Experience working with CMS platforms orlargescale structured content libraries

• Ability to collaborate closely with Chinese language copywriters designers andcrossfunctionalteams

• Strong attention to detail and ability to balance clarity accuracy and brand storytelling

• PortfoliodemonstratingEnglish language FS copywriting translation quality andsystemlevelcontent thinking
